Water goes away from rediator

I have 2004 cult, I have checked rediator water and fill up required / max level. After only 30 km to the toll plaza, I feel the voice as sssoooossososo was accured when I checked out their was no water in rediator rediator nor resrve tank, heat meter was at normal levels.

Again adding water rediator and I thoroughly checked their is no leackages.

Today when I come into the office of the same thing happened. I've checked again their is no leackage.

It is the first time I faced such a problem.

Dear gurus pls suggest clue.

this thing happens when ur head gaskit is getting weak, i wud suggest go for a checkup immediatly. even if the radiator tap is faulty or reserve bottle head is faulty, radiator should not dry up. The only problem occurs in case of full evacuation of water from radiator is when ur head gaskit is getting weak ......

but ma suggestion is just check it up immediatly
