Check the fuel cut off valve (solenoid) at a carburetor works good, if it is ok replace the spark plug, because it may be the wrong heat range or it has cracked insulator.

Some time excessive carobon deposited in the combustion chamber and it was very hot when gas cut off valve does not work then a few drops of fuel fall and cause inflammation, since ignition switch in the off position, so the engine can not start but it trys restart, thus causing the dress.

Incorrect ignition timing is another cause for it.

Timing belt is to locate the pulleys behind a plastic cover housing said time and only a professional person can adjust.
