WHAT CAN BE THE PROBLEM?

Hello,can u tell me what problem is this, as my car is cultus 2002 and it has some issue,
when i drive the car it runs very nicely but only few times like if i press brakes at sudden and then try to move so it stops and it does not starts on cng so i have to start it on petrol,Secondly i have noticed that since i have repaired my car A.C i am facing this problem because mostly when the car stops it is running A.C also { P.S it doesnot stops always on A.C aswell}
i am confused what is the problem,whenever i take to any mechanic ,he says this and that and fine u can go ...but the problem comes once in a week or twice or sometimes once in a month.....

plz help me what is the problem?

Also it NEVER stops on PETROL even if i brake suddenly or on A.c ... plz help me... WHY SOMETIMES CAR STOPS WHEN IT IS RUNNING ON CNG AND I SWITCH ON A.C ?
