What causes clunking o r knocking noises when turning the steering wheel in Alsvin?

Pakistani Alsvin owners have reported clunk sounds when turning the steering. Could this be due to worn-out tie rod ends, loose joints, o r faulty steering racks?

These noises are mostly due to:

Worn tie rod ends

Loose steering rack mounts

Dry o r damaged universal joints

Improperly torqued suspension components
