What could be the reason

My dear friends, I have a problem with my ride, tell us a number of corrective measures.

The right front tire of my car leak from the right.
I replaced the tire with the new (unused one). From that moment I am not comfortable driving. I feel a little difficult to control. I checked the power steering fluid but it's OK. I have driven only 3500kms with the old tires. Is there a balance problem or the tire not properly fixed.
Moreover, when I puncture the puncture repair shop on the main told me that it can not be replaced because repaird but the leak was from the side. Is it true?

alternatively you could use the new one and the spare (which shoudl be new) on the front and put the worn front one as the spare. that way you'll have an even tread on the front.
