What is that thudding sound after accelator

What is that specific
thudding sound
once only , heard just after pressing the accelator in my ride. I simply don,t like that sound and wanna get rid of it if possilble.It feels or seems like a loose chain of a bike straightens before it can push the wheels forward;

Please expalin the phenomenon and how to get rod of it.

I think it's the loose engine foundation which has already been discussed in details in one of the forums. As far as I know, you can feel the thud sound not only when you press the accelerator (once) but also when you release it (mostly from high speeds). Get it checked as soon as possible.
