What Is This…..?

Hi,
Anybody, who can know this issue as what is it. There is greenish net type thing, which is added with the orange pipe right under the inverter. I own the Toyota Prius 2008 model car.

HV - Cable connector from MG1 - MG2 drive gears - connecting Synergy Capacitor Box charging the Battery Bank in rear. Drag Back the cup over mesh and re-boot it on collar. That collar & Rubber boot is water proofing.
