What kind of mods should i get for my 89 accord?

I bought a 1989 2 door red honda accord lxi last year. I really love it. it gets great gas mileage and it runs like a top! an old couple bought it new and im second owner..so as you can imagine its in fairly great shape. but it seems to be lacking. what can i do to the engine and body to give it more curb appeal and more power?
