What should I fix first in my xli

Hello guyz !
My xli has 2 problems what is your suggestions to fix first, injector of cylender #4 is not working, 2nd problem is that tappet is making sound.

tapper is no prob bROv simply gO to sum proper W.shop he will adjUst dA tappatz // dnt have ne idea abt cylenderz
