What to do after the rains

Dear Experts,

I have an auto coure 2005 which recently had the full service and tuning at 17000 kms. This was before the rains..I have been driving the car regularly (obviously!) to and from work etc etc during the rains in karachi and have also driven thru very deep standing water. My question is:

Exactly what all should I have checked out on the car after the rains are over and I go for servicing? I mean with the khadas and all I really want everything possible to be checked out on the car and ok-ed.

May I have your opinions on what I need to have done..

if you are driving in khaddas you should have your alignment checked regularly (with or without rain). appart from that if your car is running you should just continue driving it.
