What Tyre Size and Pressure Does MG Recommend, and Can Wrong Sizing Cause Issues?

The MG HS official tyre size is 215/60 R17 or 235/50 R18 for 2.0T models at around 34 PSI 2.3 bar. If someone fits non‑OEM sizes, low PSI, o r mismatched tyres, could that affect ride comfort, handling, fuel economy, and cause premature tyre wear o r balance issues?
