What went wrong wid my car Baleno..need help!

Hi guys,
Today morning my driver in the car washed.
Then he took it for a change of "transmission oil" and "air" ..
He also changed the cap from the radiator ov.
He then went to patrol Caltex pump for some service (I do not know) ..
the Caltex people asked him to wait for his turn ..
when his turn came, they asked him to bring the car to a certain place ..
he went to the car. .. but the car didn't start ... looked like the battery is low.
the battery is charged ... still no movement!

what was rong with it?
The result is a flashing check engine 'light ... whereas previously it was a constant check engine light (at ignition point).
its CNG
need experts .. Help!

bro if its EFI then you are not supposed to go for a car wash if u go thenn u need to take care of your engine that water does not go inside it else it will cause troubles......
