Where can I find adjustable struts and Dampers

I have been looking for these for all over Karachi, but cannot find a place to get Adjustable Struts and Dampers, and neither any Anti-roll bars.

Help please.

good luck buddy... ive been looking for a good shop to sell these for 4 years now. i got mine from shoba bazaar in peshawar but even those i had to get the cartridges refilled..

and if u find a shop which sells these please tell me too!
