Where is Amonia smell coming in my car from?

Hello,

I have Corolla 2005 with CNG, for last 2 days whenever I or anyone else sit the car, we can smell bad Amonia smell in the car.

I wonder where is it coming from? Any idea???

Where would ammonia be in a car?
maybe theres a CNG leakage somewhere?
or maybe theres something in the AC ducts that is giving off smells.
or maybe someone spilled something on the seats or floor...
