Dear pakwheelers,

Which brake mechanism is better Disc or Drum ?

If Disc, Why it is not used in HTVs and LTVs ?

If Drum, What is the use to introduce Disc type ?

Actually 4 wheels disc brakes is more of a marketing stunt than a necessity, because when you apply brakes the weight of car shifts forward sand so more brake pressure is required in front than rear (brake bias), if all wheels have same pressure you will lock rear wheels on heavy braking prematurely and put the car in a dangerous situation, although EBD and ABS can help.
