Which engine oil should I use?

Well I know this question has been posed alot of times before but I wanted a personalized answer thus this topic.

The car in question is a 2005 model Suzuki Cultus (Petrol). As of today(13th Jan 2007) it has done a total of 9850 KM. The car is modded and tuned and is used mainly for drags and is mostly driven at high RPMs and speeds.

The last oil change was at 5000KM I guess and I used the Blue Shell Helix Super.

Which engine oil should I use for this car?

Alot of people recommend Zic and Caltex and surpisingly everyone says that Shell sucks. I on the other hand have always used Shell and never had any problems whatsoever but now in this case I would like to try a new engine oil and go with the majority so what do you guys suggest?

Please give the complete name of the oil and do keep the factors in mind! Also suggest the oil change interval for the particular oil you guys will be mentioning
