White smoke in morning

My car engine is just overhauled a week ago. Now in morning i feel that smoke is coming out from silencer (sometime i can see water too). But after 10,15 minutes drive there is no such smoke. Is it harmful.

i guess it is steam that comes due to perfect combustion mixture of air and fuel. Not anything serious to worry about.
