Wht can be the problem ???

a friend of mine car is crazy .. dont know why .. without ac the car is doing perfect np .. but when the ac is turn on the car starts heatin the temp started rising n it stops almost to the top just a little lower to H .. but without ac the temp is below the middle level ... wht can be the problem ??

does the side water bottle throw out water? radiator loosing water? it might be gasket problem if the radiaor is double nalee and new and fans are working fine
