his question is related eith physics,,i myself was a science student,,but i hope some "specialist" in physics will be able to answer it more properly........when brakes of a car applied at higher speed why is the head goes forward and legs stay at same place??..

i know its due to inertia,,but someone should explain it in detail.......

pivot point of the neck is pretty unstable as is your mid-section. Plus though you may not ralise it your heels are on the floor, and the carpet and your shoes are creating enough grip so that yor feet don't slide forward.
