Why are Changan Karvaan sensors frequently malfunctioning in extreme weather conditions in Pakistan?

Many users report that engine and exhaust sensors stop functioning properly during summers o r in hilly regions. Is it a hardware durability issue o r poor heat resistance of the components?

This is primarily due to:

Low heat-resistance components in locally assembled units

Poor shielding of sensors from heat in engine bays

Lack of proper testing for high-altitude o r extreme summer conditions e.g., northern areas

Karvaan’s sensor systems are not built to withstand Pakistan’s 40°C+ summers o r cold hill station conditions, leading to frequent sensor errors.
