Yes, overheating is a recurring issue, especially in cities like Multan, Hyderabad, and Bahawalpur where summer temperatures exceed 45°C.

Root causes:

Undersized radiator and weak cooling fan for extreme heat and full loads.

Coolant not maintained properly tap water used instead of coolant.

Thermostat valve sticking o r radiator cap failure.

Condenser proximity to the radiator reduces air circulation.

➡️ Conclusion: The cooling system is underperforming in high-heat, high-load situations. Aftermarket radiator upgrades o r better coolant like Caltex/Havoline may help.
