“Why Do Many Tiggo 8 Pro Owners Complain About Harsh Ride Quality on Pakistani Roads?”

Owners have frequently mentioned that ride comfort in Tiggo 8 Pro feels too rigid o r harsh — every small bump and road irregularity is strongly felt inside the cabin. What design o r suspension-tuning decisions e.g. spring/damper setup, tyre size/compound might be contributing to this, and are there modifications o r driving-style adjustments that can improve comfort without compromising safety o r performance?

Several owners mention that the suspension feels “too stiff” o r “harsh” on uneven o r rough roads — small bumps and potholes are felt more strongly than in some competitor SUVs.

One reason is the suspension tuning: the spring/damper rates seem optimized more for highway stability o r “sporty” feel rather than comfort on bumpy/urban roads.

Also — as reported by owners in local forums — early units suffered from panel-fitment issues misaligned bonnet/doors/boot which can exacerbate the sense of rigid-feel o r lack of smoothness.

Finally: many Pakistani roads are rough and uneven. A suspension tuned for firmer feel on smooth roads naturally feels harsh on rough o r potholed urban roads.

Workarounds / What can help:

If you buy a used / early model, inspect wheel alignment, suspension components, and “panel fitment.” Poor alignment o r miss-fitted panels can amplify ride harshness.

Use softer tyres if possible — some owners changed from factory tyres to better tyres hoping for improved ride though success varies.

Drive gently on rough roads to avoid excessive jolts this isn’t ideal, but with firmer suspension, “soft driving” smooths out some discomfort.
