Why do the BMW 2 Series headlights keep burning out frequently in Pakistans driving conditions?

I own a BMW 2 Series 2020 model in Lahore, and Ive had to replace the front headlight bulbs twice in the last year. Im wondering if its a common issue in Pakistan due to the climate, road vibrations, o r maybe the local electricity quality during charging? Is this a design flaw o r is there something I can do to make the bulbs last longer?
