Why does my Changan Oshan X7’s central locking system stop responding sometimes?

Sometimes when I try to lock o r unlock the car using the remote key, nothing happens. I have to try 2–3 times o r get closer to the car. Occasionally, the doors don’t respond even from the inside switch. Is this a sensor issue, battery problem, o r something else?
