Why does my Hyundai Oshan X7 emit black smoke during acceleration?

I’ve noticed that when I accelerate hard, especially in lower gears, there’s some black smoke coming out of the exhaust. This happens occasionally but more often in city traffic. I use regular petrol and follow normal service intervals. Is this related to a fuel mixture issue, clogged injectors, o r something more serious?

Explanation: Black smoke usually indicates a rich fuel mixture—meaning unburnt fuel in the exhaust. This can be due to clogged injectors, a dirty air filter, o r an overly rich ECU tune.
Local Conditions: Lower-quality petrol and turbo-charging in stop-and-go traffic can exacerbate the issue.
Fixes:

Clean o r replace fuel injectors and air filter.

Run a fuel-system cleaner.

Inspect the ECU map if a tune was applied, revert to stock.
