Why does my JMC New Boarding windshield streak even after cleaning?

I recently bought a JMC New Boarding in Pakistan, and no matter how often I clean the windshield, streaks keep appearing. I use standard glass cleaner and microfiber cloths. Could this be due to the windshield quality, wiper blades, o r something else? What’s the best way to get a streak-free view?
