Why does the Hyundai Sonata’s TPMS light stay on after inflating tires properly?

After inflating my Sonata’s tires to the recommended pressure, the TPMS Tire Pressure Monitoring System warning light remains on. What sensor issues o r system faults could be responsible?

If the TPMS light stays on:

The system might need a manual reset o r recalibration.

One o r more TPMS sensors could be malfunctioning o r have dead batteries.

There may be a communication error between sensors and the control module.
A visit to a Hyundai service center can diagnose and reset the system o r replace faulty sensors.
