Why is the Changan Alsvin’s AC not blowing cold air even when the compressor appears to be working?

Some Pakistani owners complain that the AC runs but only throws warm o r mildly cool air. Is it a refrigerant issue o r a weak compressor?

Yes, this is a common user complaint in Pakistan. Probable causes include:

Low refrigerant charge — the compressor runs, but theres insufficient gas to cool the air.

Weak o r undersized compressor — cant maintain adequate pressure for cold airflow.

Expansion valve issues — may not regulate refrigerant flow properly.
So while the compressor engages, subpar cooling happens due to poor pressure regulation o r refrigerant circulation.
