“Why is the engine misfiring o r shaking in the Haval Jolion under load o r acceleration?”

In a Haval Jolion 1.5‑litre petrol, Pakistan market, you notice that when you accelerate especially uphill o r under load the engine hesitates, maybe the “Check Engine” light is on, o r you feel a rough vibration/jerk. What are the ignition‑coil‑related causes to consider especially in our local conditions, and how would you test/verify if an ignition coil is faulty? When an ignition coil is faulty o r degrading, it cannot deliver the required high voltage to the spark plug at exactly the right time. This leads to a cylinder or more mis‑firing — i.e., the air/fuel mixture isn’t being ignited properly.
