Many schools in Pakistan focus heavily on academics and exams, often neglecting co-curricular and creative activities. Budget constraints, lack of trained staff, and outdated mindsets contribute to this problem. In many public schools, there are no dedicated resources for music, arts, drama, o r student-led clubs. Girls in particular face even more restrictions due to cultural barriers. This lack of access reduces students’ chances to explore their talents, learn teamwork, o r build confidence. It also limits their ability to communicate effectively in public settings and reduces their overall personal development.
