Why not to buy Krachi number Car in Islamabad

i have question why people saying not to buy krachi number car in islamabad or rawalpindi what is problem in it ? any responsable person can describe me in detail

what if i want to buy krachi number car in islamabad ? with open tranfer letter coz karchi number cars more cheaply selled in islamabad n rawalpindi i need car for home use

Hi Bro,
I have also purchesed khyber96 with karachi no 5 months ago and before buying that i have aslo discussed with lots of peoples about this , as u are asking. but i tell u my little experience that u have consider two things major.
1. car should be verified properly,
2. Its body condition and documentations.

I have no problem at all with karachi no car in islamabad and rawalpindi . some peoples say that police will make a lots of trouble for u , they will check ur car on every check post etc. but i am using my car with 0.5 black paper , in last five months no police man stoped me due to karachi no. even i took my car to naran this june , i have not experience any problem at all .

I recommend u bro just verify your car and conditions.
