Why won’t one of my Oshan X7’s doors lock o r unlock with the remote?

All the other doors work fine, but the rear left door won’t lock o r unlock using the key fob. I have to do it manually from inside. It’s very frustrating. Is this a motor failure o r wiring problem? And can this be fixed under warranty in Pakistan?
