Windscreen and headlights?

Hi ppl... i have a civic 95... i need some suggestions...

1) The windscreen of my car is a bit scratchy... Will it be any good to have it buffed??? or should i go for a new windscreen??? How much will a new screen cost?

2) The headlights arnt that good either. Their chrome is almost finished... Will it be any good to have them chromed??? or should i go for new headlights??? how much will a new pair of headlights cost???

i think you should go for a new 1 ...i have tried the buff ..but this only works for lesser scratches..
ull get abt 6000. (non genuin)

2) get the crome done again..
