Wobbling

I have an ALTO VXR 2006 model. On the motorway whenever I exceeded 100km/h the car used to wobble. I thought it was because of the tyres, so a month back I replaced them (with Yokohama) and did the wheel allignment and wheel balancing. The problem still remains infact it has aggravated. Now the car wobbles at even 90km/h. I need technical advice on the reasons for this and from where can i get it checked and fixed (islamabad or Rawalpindi shops).
