Xenon bulbs (BOSCH)

hi i wud like to know are xenon bulbs better than the stock bulbs in our local cars?and has any1 used bosch xenon bulbs the xenon blue color walay!today i saw these bosch xenon bulbs at a shop for 800rs h4 size! h1 was for something like 500 something and bumper xenons were for 300 something!so would any1 like to comment abt this item?are they really as good as HID'S?

they are nothin as compared to HIDs.
i have them in my car. they r not good in dust and visability in not good in rain.. get some good bulbs with yllow light they work best
