XLI finds it hard to go above 150

Salam brothers.
I have tried to acheive 180+ on XLI quite a lot of times. but even though i have tried different ways to get the car to touch the 180 mark at least. But i havent been able to do so. it seems to struggle a lot after 150 or 160. i have petrol xli. NO cng kit installed. 195/65 R15. rest all is stock no modifications. on the other hand I owned a jap. 1992 rolla which i ran to the max ( i.e 180 ). can anyone advice me on what the issue might be?

bro the thing is that aerodynamics or rolla really sucks.its caught in the air-friction.u might note the engine struggling but still the car not going beyond it.the engine has the capacity,but the friction resists it...
