Xli problem

I have just buy Xli 2003 ,so their is problem comng out is that ,speed is notgoing more 120 with ac,but not wel without ac.at starting on petrol ,engine bublig,can any ne knows about i?aslo no advancer ,,how much cost of advancer .help needed.thanks

u should be glad ur car reaches 120 with ac without an advancer installed. get advancer installed and ur problems will be fine
