Yellow Excaimation Light After Interior wash Help

Ever since I had my car a 2021 Oriel model returned after an interior wash, these warning lights have been appearing. The ECON button seems to be unresponsive, and the brake hold button is now controlling the ECON function, making it impossible to use the brake hold feature. Could someone please provide assistance with this issue?

Likely, there is an electronic problem within the braking o r parking brake system. Its probable that water might have infiltrated areas where it shouldnt be, causing the issue.
