Your Advice Needed To Take Final Decision!!

hello!
i have currenthy Nissan Sunny b13 on 1.0L engine...takes load on CNG with A/C thats y considering to change the engine of same class in 1.5L...no modifications required.....pust pull pout and pull in........the making of car cost around 1lac with all major engine + paint +new tyres works+power sterring and other stuff....
another option was Indus Corolla 1.3L GL...but it need approx 7.5Lacs to buy a good maintained car...........budget was also some problem but not much.....
the nissan 1.5L and Toyota 1.3L makes approx the same hp but torque of nissan 1.5l was more that it......
so guyz what do u think what can i choose...either make my favourite Sunny 92 with my style or its not worth to make it and then go for Indus GL.......what do u think......taking advices is good before taking decision so i am just taking it from you pplz...what u say

If u get 1.3 GL,
ur model make+shape will be upgraded
Resale(you can sell it within a day)
Parts(easilly available of various qualities)
If later u have extra money u can always swap in a 1.6 GLI engine in it : )
