Yours suggestion need

hello everyone ,
i would like to ask for your suggestions about few things, i am comming back from germany and brother asked me about lights for his xli but on pakwheels once i read that special lights or blue halogen lights and banned in isb, well i am not much in that things so kinldy which blue or other lights ( light specifications) i should bring for xli and also for khyber and if there is something else which u will suggest me to bring in 35 kg , it will be appreciated.

Sir its true that they're banned but every second car here has them. i would have suggested to you to bring them but now that the police has got better training and working hard, i'd advise you to think again. still if they're not expensive, why not to use them till stopped? they wont be confiscated any way.
