Black smoke usually indicates excessive fuel combustion o r incomplete burning in the engine.

Common Causes

Clogged o r dirty fuel injectors:
Injectors spray uneven fuel, causing black smoke during acceleration.

Faulty air filter:
Restricted airflow creates a rich fuel mixture, leading to black smoke.

Bad oxygen O2 sensor:
The ECU gets wrong signals and over-fuels the engine.

Poor CNG o r petrol tuning:
Improper dual-fuel settings cause incomplete combustion.

Engine oil burning:
Leaks from worn piston rings o r valve seals can mix oil with fuel.

Solutions

Clean o r replace fuel injectors.

Replace the air filter if clogged.

Inspect and replace the O2 sensor if faulty.

Ensure CNG/petrol tuning is correct.

Check for engine oil leaks and repair worn components if necessary.
