In Pakistan’s climate hot summers, frequent stop-start traffic and given potential servicing/maintenance constraints, how prevalent are these issues among H6 owners here? What warning signs should an owner look out for coolant temperature, oil consumption, visible leaks? And when buying used, what engine-inspection checks are advisable?

According to owner feedback in Pakistan, no major widespread trend of catastrophic engine overheating, massive oil leaks o r repeated fuel-system failures has emerged at least from public forums. For example:

“You will hear from a lot of people who ‘know somebody’ … who had engine issues … but almost never run into an actual owner yourself who had these issues.”

That said, there are known potential issues in generic terms not specific only to Pakistan such as engine noise from lubrication issues which might hint at internal wear.

What to look out for:

Signs of oil leakage under the vehicle, around the engine bay o r from turbo/charger area.

Abnormal coolant temperature behaviour, especially under heavy load o r hot ambient conditions.

Fuel system performance: misfires, rough idling, sputtering – though specific documented cases for H6 in Pakistan are scarce. One forum mentions “engine‐sputtering” section but with very little documented content for H6.

Bottom line: These serious engine problems are not heavily reported in the H6 in Pakistan yet. But given the vehicle is relatively new and Chinese-brand in the Pakistani market, long-term reliability is still being proven. As with any vehicle, regular maintenance is critical.
