Overloading the vehicle wears out the clutch plate and pressure plate faster.

The gearbox suffers from hard shifts due to low-quality synchronizers o r gear oil that deteriorates quickly in heat and dust.
So, these issues are often due to misuse beyond the design limits and lower-grade transmission components.
