Are Low-Profile Tyres on the C-Class Causing Ride Comfort and Damage Issues in Pakistan?
C-Class models often come with low-profile tyres e.g., 225/45 R17 o r 245/40 R18, which look sporty but may not be ideal for Pakistan’s potholes and speed breakers. Are these tyres prone to damage like bulging, cracking, o r rim bends on local roads?

Reduce cushioning, leading to a harder ride on broken o r uneven roads.
Increase the risk of rim damage o r tyre sidewall bulges when hitting potholes o r speed breakers.
Are not ideal for Pakistani road conditions unless roads are very well maintained.
Solutions:
Switch to a higher-profile tyre e.g. 225/50 R17 o r 215/55 R16, if compatible.
Consider smaller rims with thicker tyres for better comfort and rim protection.
Always check for rim bends o r cracks if you feel vibrations after hitting a bump.
