Not entirely. The stock tires often 155R13 o r 165R13 are:

Too narrow for heavy loads

Prone to bulging o r bursting if overinflated to compensate

Wear out fast if under constant brick, sand, o r machinery transport

Many commercial users upgrade to reinforced tires, but this also requires stronger rims and may affect fuel efficiency. The axle capacity is not built for over-the-limit use, which is common in informal delivery setups.
