Looking beyond just built‑in safety features, are there recurring complaints about structural integrity chassis/rust issues, faulty welds, corrosion, weak body panels, o r safety components degrading seat belts, airbags over time under local climate and usage? Have owners noticed anything safety‑related deteriorating faster than expected for example after off‑road, pitting roads, o r salt exposure in coastal areas?

Yes, there have been some reports from owners and early users that point to minor structural/durability‑related safety concerns:

Rust and paint quality: Some owners noticed rust appearing in areas like door seals even at quite low mileages e.g. ~1,500 km in one report and issues with paint quality. These are more cosmetic / long‑term durability issues, but can affect sealing, noise, and possibly the integrity of doors against weather.

Exterior component cost and damage: While not a structural safety failure per se, there are complaints about high cost of replacement parts like side mirrors etc., which means some owners may delay repairs o r use non‑genuine parts—this could affect visibility o r safety in minor ways.

Chassis / body integrity under stress: There are fewer reports of big issues here most users say the build feels solid. One concern is that with poor roads, big speed bumps, o r off ideally rough terrain, stresses on suspension and body mounting may escalate wear. But nothing systemic has been widely reported yet about weld failures o r airbag degradation etc.

Sealing and water ingress: Not many verified reports, but complaints about door seals rusting raise concerns about how well water and moisture are kept out, which over time can lead to internal corrosion o r affect electronics.
