Are there any problems with Kia Stonic’s after-sales service and parts availability in Pakistan?

I’ve heard that getting spare parts and reliable service for some imported vehicles can be difficult in Pakistan. For those who own a Kia Stonic, how has your experience been with dealership support, availability of genuine parts, and overall maintenance costs? Is it easy to get repairs done outside of major cities?

When it comes to after-sales service and parts availability for the Kia Stonic in Pakistan, the experience varies depending on the region. In major cities like Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, owners report generally smooth experiences with dealership services for routine maintenance. Basic parts such as filters and brake pads are usually available, but specialized parts—especially exterior components like side mirrors o r trim—can be expensive and may take time to source. For example, one user shared that a damaged side mirror was quoted at over PKR 70,000. The cost of routine servicing is considered reasonable, averaging around PKR 7,000 to 10,000, but non-standard repairs can be costly. Another common complaint is the delay in vehicle delivery after booking, as dealerships sometimes take advance payments but fail to deliver the car on time due to stock o r import issues. Price fluctuations have also affected customer confidence, as the vehicle’s price has ped significantly in recent months, raising concerns about resale value and transparency. Despite these concerns, overall service quality is considered acceptable in urban areas, although it may be less reliable in smaller cities.
