Bulletproof Prado not picking gear. Gear box problem?

I have an issue with the gearbox of my bulletproof Prado. When is want to reverse the car in gear D it produces sounds and is unable to apply the gear. Kindly tell me if the gearbox is damaged o r if the clutch wire is broken. How can I resolve this problem?

I would suggest you to get it checked from the mechanic.
