Poor fuel economy is sometimes linked to maintenance neglect. What common maintenance-related problems should E-Class owners watch out for that might be reducing fuel efficiency in Pakistan?

Maintenance neglect can seriously affect fuel economy. Key issues include:

Dirty Air Filters: Restrict airflow, forcing the engine to work harder.

Worn Spark Plugs: Cause inefficient combustion and misfires.

Old Engine Oil: Thick o r dirty oil increases friction and reduces efficiency.

Tire Pressure: Underinflated tires increase rolling resistance and fuel consumption.

Faulty Oxygen Sensors: Lead to improper air-fuel mixture and higher fuel use.

Solution: Stick to regular servicing schedules, replace filters and spark plugs as needed, keep tires inflated to recommended pressure, and check engine sensors.
