Do radiator leaks in Changan Kalam affect AC performance and engine cooling in Pakistan’s hot climate?

Yes — and very directly:

The AC condenser sits in front of the radiator.

A weak radiator reduces overall airflow and coolant temperature control.

This causes:

🚗 Engine overheating

❄️ Reduced AC cooling

🔥 Increased compressor load

➡️ Both engine cooling and cabin cooling suffer when the radiator is leaking o r inefficient.
